Can I park?
Yes. Parking is free in the road outside the clinic and usually available.
There are some parking restrictions within the road between 10- 11am and 2-3pm but vouchers are available at reception.
Is the treatment painful?
No, the treatment should not be painful. We became osteopaths to help people not to hurt them. Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy, and you may be in pain hence your visit. However, every care will be taken to ensure your treatment is both comfortable and effective.
Do I need to take my clothes off?
No. most treatments can easily be performed through loose and comfortable clothing. If any item of clothing does need to be removed the reason for this will be discussed with you and we will only proceed with your consent.
Can I claim my fees on my health insurance?
Yes. We are recognised by most health insurance companies. Please contact are reception desk for more information.
Will I need an X-ray or scan?
No. Osteopaths are highly skilled in palpation to help aid your diagnosis. If necessary, we can write to your doctor to request imaging or refer you privately.
