You first visit
When you first visit us, you’ll be asked about your current symptoms and medical history.
This will help us make an accurate diagnosis. It is natural to worry about what may be causing your symptoms and we will discuss your concerns as part of the consultation.
We will also conduct a routine examination to check for more serious conditions and advise you of any further action that might be required.
All information will be treated as confidential in accordance with standards of practice set out by the General Osteopathic Council and the Data Protection Act 1998.
After an initial examination we will discuss treatment options with you, to jointly decide upon an appropriate treatment plan.
We will begin your treatment at your first appointment
Treatment may require several visits and, very occasionally, further tests and/or referrals to other appropriate health care professionals.
